Null Council of Xalarnel
The void variant of the Council of Xalarnel.
The nCX continue to fight the Null Xalarin Council (nXC) over their opposing xenophobia - xenophilia ideology. However, the nCX can secure alliances more easily due to being xenophile which can somewhat break the very evenly matched nature of the wars, until one takes into account that killed people are revived in the Void. As such, the nXC are likely eternal, or roughly eternal especially as people arrive from the mortal plane.
It is no secret that the Null Hyperion Federation has managed to obtain Scattershapes in its military. The nCX expends a lot of effort to secure close alliances with he nHF to ensure that they do not end up at war in the future, and to win their favour. The nCX has witnessed the sheer power of these scattershapes on the battlefield, though they understand little of how they truly work.
However, the nCX is not entirely successful. The nHF view their society is quite dystopian, as evidenced by a number of significant rebellions which happen with their star nation. Though they can secure alliances more easily, they will not be perfect because of this. Other factions work to restore light to the nCX, including many people within the nCX itself. Despite this, the nCX still often treat their workers poorly with little reward, forcing them to work much longer hours. This would burn them out heavily, making them work slower so this was seen as one of the largest inefficiencies of the faction, the rich often blind to their own flaws. The leader is also given the equivalent position of a dictator and usually has a massive amount of power in their society.
The Null Council of Xalarnel constantly continues its efforts to recover technology from much more advanced factions, such as precursors and the nHF, despite their technology already being much more advanced than the average modern void faction. This further worsens relations between them and the nHF, who eventually learned to fire at nCX ships that enter nearby space in general in order to prevent them from recovering technology. None of these attempts have been successful so far because of the incredible ability of the HF to send QEC signals to any of their machines to self destruct in an instant.
