Mavegar
A Suon zoologist who is 6000 years old, from the Tebburus continent of Eraklan.
Despite the small continent of Eraklan specialising so heavily into particle science and technology, being the first nation of Tebburus to manufacture exotic materials such as dark matter and tachyons on an industrial scale, some people who live there might specialise in other things because their culture is not perfectly unified.
Mavegar is one such individual. Most of his family were particle physicists and engineers, but Mavegar took an interest in the local life of this planet instead, though he also has ties with the WDA, protecting people from the wildlife. Mavegar became fairly famous around the globe with their documentaries of many creatures that they try to make interesting to the general public. They stand out as an individual in an area that few suons are already interested in, let alone Eraklan specifically.
This individual went down this path after they felt empathy for some megafauna creatures being killed in attempts to attack a city in Eraklan, which Mavegar witnessed in person. This made them quite curious about these creatures too, and performed their own research in secret on the Archive. They felt this topic called to them more than particle physics and eventually decided to peruse it. Mavegar ironically became more successful than their parent, who wanted them to become a particle engineer like himself.
Now, Mavegar also takes care of several 'pets', which is an extremely rare activity with suon societies. They require a large amount of matter plasma to manufacture food for and feed. 2 of these are megafauna that Mavegar must be careful around as to not be mistaken for food. They also keep a larger number of small creatures. The WDA also watches over these animals very often. He has seen most of the Titanic Lifeforms of the planet as well, the immense scale of these creatures impressing him every time.
Mavegar has no particular preference on what clothes he wears, just selecting the first thing he finds out of his closet every day, without paying much attention to what it actually is. If it is cold, he will often begin putting layers of thick clothing on to keep warm, sometimes even electrically heated clothing. While filming videos or taking pictures for the general public, he would often wear a badge for identification. The badge has become an icon for his people, and Mavegar has probably inspired a number of other suons to do a similar thing.
Fairly recently in his life, about 40 years ago, Mavegar visited several Saelian Coalition planets as a tourist, getting other aspiring suon zooologists to take care of his pets. As a tourist in various Saelian planets, they observed a lot of Celan wildlife and has witnessed the saelians specialising in bioengineering. Even Mavegar has learned a lot from the saelians. When they first started doing tourism after growing to an adult age, he was beginning to learn just how un ique the suon species was.
