Hazthnat
The current leader of the Confederation of Psi Kaus (PKC).
Hazthnat is a relatively large Zatenheim who has always aspired to become a respected politician. Although politics is virtually never respectful, Hazthnat has made a name for themselves inside of the PKC by building a large amount of useful infrastructure on virtually all PKC owned planets, especially those with a lower population. This is a scale that is far too large for one person to manage alone, so Hazthnat uses technology to assist them to determine what actions need to be taken on what planets. This is very time consuming and Hazthnat sacrifices most of their time for their nation. These efforts have made other's lives easier.
However, they did not always have such a selfless attitude. Hazthnat was notably selfish at a young age, but harsh teaching and parenting made them stop this approximately between the ages of 8-20.
They are quite tall. The average zatenheim can grow to about 4m in height, but Hazthnat is about 4.4m tall. Their large body weight is distributed onto thelr large, thick legs. The HF reinforced it using cybernetic enhancements as well.
