Ghost - Class Subspatial Starship
A Subspatial Starship of the Anagon Technocracy.
The Ghost - Class is designed to be very hard to find.
The entire ship is just 16 cm in length, giving an extremely small radar return signature. It is also designed to be streamline and flat, further reducing the radar cross section. However, it also has little in terms of weapons or armour. As such, these are best deployed to launch surprise attacks on the enemy, when they are unlikely to return fire. These often have military commanders of the enemies of the Anagons paranoid as they can easily strike logistics or other important rear line assets. They will not stand up in a proper fight.
Like all Anagon ships, any projectiles the ship fires will overpenetrate massively. Anagon doctrine is to attempt to depressurise the target ship by creating holes in the hull or targeting power sources or ammunition.
The entire starship is shaped like a large arrowhead (to further reduce radar cross section), though the ship also has a number of weapons mounted on it. For example, there is a large, highly accurate chaingun at the 'tip' of the ship in a location where it can dissipate recoil and supply any other required materials to it easily. This is the main armament of the ship, though it only has a limited degree of rotation leaving its flanks vulnerable, though the ship also has a large secondary armament in turrets, all carefully designed to further reduce radar cross section. The ship also has some CIWS turret systems to defeat enemy missiles. The ships singular main thruster comes in the form of a single, large vectored unit which can direct power in many directions towards the rear which could give it superior maneuverability. Any starship would also need a number of RCS thrusters located in many points around its hull, and while none point directly forwards (to reduce radar cross section), the forward-facing thrusters are built at an angle hiding them behind the low reflection cone. Though less energy efficient, it allows the ship to be even harder to detect.
