Drimax Chairman

Due to the technocracy nature of the Drimax, the leader is not elected but chosen from birth - allowing the star nation to educate this individual to become an excellent star nation leader after the death of the current leader. Normally, one of the children of the current leader is chosen to be the new leader, but in the case where the leader doesn't undergo reproduction, the new leader is instead chosen from a different family. Several candidates are chosen, and the people can vote in an election. Note that this election will not immediately place a leader in power - it allows Drimax society to prioritise educational resources in order to teach the child how to lead the star nation.

If any successor child dies, leaving the Drimax United Systems without any leader or child, a new leader is chosen. This new leader will be one of the most qualified for the position, often being someone passionate in politics.

Culturally, the Chairman is expected to dedicate their lives to the star nation. Although some leaders might exploit this position, most do not as they were taught to be selfless from a young age, and would continue to be taught this through their whole lives. Leaders who are caught exploiting this title will likely be quickly removed from power and replaced with a new leader following the process above. Alternatively, the DUS can hire leaders temporarily from other HF star nations, should the need arise.
