Followers of The Succubus Queen
The faithful of Beatrice are pleasure-seekers at heart, and willingly embrace hedonism in some form or another: alcohol, drugs, fine foods, carnal pleasure, or even all at once. Few living in narrow-minded areas would freely admit to worshipping the Hungering Ghost as her faith has a reputation for dealing in vice, but in more accepting cities her followers thrive. Drug dealers, prostitutes, lechers, and the glutinous nobility, anyone in the habit of seeker or selling pleasure can find a place in her hierarchy.
Her priests and churches cater to physical gratification, often slowly luring people deeper into sin until simple acts no longer bring any pleasure at all. There always more extreme acts or narcotics, and it's easy to lose all yourself in the mindless search for sensation as you become more and more desensitized, all the while never realizing how far you've sunk. After all, the first taste is always free.
Relations
The Unending Pleasure frequently allies herself with anyone who can help advance her goals, and she has very few qualms about who she works with. The biggest exception is her adamant refusal to do anything for Madrin Roz Nebula, the one who killed her as a mortal and reduced her to her sorry state. She works closely with Gwydion, The Betrayer, but has frequently betrayed and tried to kill him or his followers.
Death and Resurrection
During the Ascension, Gwydion Jarlathbetrayed Beatrice (who he knew as Nausicaa), helping The Six to assemble her true name and bind her. When Madrin Roz Nebula chose instead to kill and disintegrate the Succubus Queen, Gwydion fled to his sanctuary to try and bind her spirit before it fully left the world.
He was successfully able to keep her spirit from moving on, so powerful was the magic that slew her that he was unable to truly resurrect her. Instead, she was trapped in a spectral state, unable to die but also unable to truly live. Now, even when she takes corporeal form, no vice or carnal act can bring her any satisfaction - she is stuck endlessly craving the pleasure she can no longer feel and she will never forgive the Betrayer for that.
