Underaqua

The settlement of Novosol is a located at Argemonte and it has been rebuilt at least four dozen times in the last twelve hundred years, the settlement is a cave located under the west most part of Argemonte and it is ruled by one clan of dwarves that insist to live there even after their cave was flooded multiple times, and every so often since the The Second Sun it seems as if the waters try to swallow this cave, yet again and again the dwarves fight the waves and rebuild the same stuff at the same place.    

Diplomatic Trouble

After a really big wave hit the cave and caused almost half of the buildings inside of it had crashed and more materials were needed to rebuild, the dwarves mined underground and reached the end of a cavern system that was used by early Kadians to store wines, the dwarves had taken the forgotten wine barrels and built with them. some years later after the caverns was refound, the miners found that things without cultural and historical importance where stolen from there and the caves led into Argemonte lands - therefore the Argemonte ruler had declared to conficate the barrels and all other materials that was stolen from the Kadian caverns and to return them at once back to the Kadians, and for the first time for over a thousand years, the settlement was destroyed not by the waves but by the greed of the dwarves.
