Theocracy of Ciambavign

The Theocracy of Ciambavign is a country in north Epeoris. Ruled by two god empresses, Neean and Mnasne, that reincarnate into a new body immediately upon death and have been ruling Anhim and Piris since circa 2400 BB. As The Gods War erupted, Neean and Mnasne united Anhim and Piris into the theocracy in order to survive. "The Theocracy" also refers to a neutral territory founded soon after the war to build a central temple complex dedicated to them both rather than only to one of them.
