Rume Turgal fil Wilayat

A Rume is a member of the Wilayat that was elected to act as the chair of one of the four Turgals for nine years, the only exception is that in times of war on the whole empire, the chair of the Spacing and infrastructure Turgal will serve up to ten years, while co-helming the Turgal with another Rume for one years after the new Rume was elected.
Appointment
Each of the four Rume Turgals fil Wilayat are elected by The Wilayat for a 9 year term to helm a specific Turgal of the four Turgals of The Wilayat.
Accoutrements & Equipment
Each Rume Turgal earns a different aiguilette made of four threads:
Purple, As a noble;
White, As an expert ;
Beige, As a practitioner of faith or magic;
Black, As a soldier.
Cobalt for trade and foriegn affairs Torgal;
Cinnabar for the industry and origin Torgal;
Copper for the spacing and infrastructure Torgal.
The first thread
Resembling the color of their home territory.The second thread
The color resembling their previous status:Purple, As a noble;
White, As an expert ;
Beige, As a practitioner of faith or magic;
Black, As a soldier.
The third thread
Resemble the Turgal they are the Rume of: Gold for the resource Torgal;Cobalt for trade and foriegn affairs Torgal;
Cinnabar for the industry and origin Torgal;
Copper for the spacing and infrastructure Torgal.
The fourth thread
Is a Menedynn blue.Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
A Rume may be dismissed if their Home territory had betrayed orders of The Wilayat in a time of war.
