Regional Architecture

Ervenian Era, 1051 AB
The Regional Architecture also known as the Architecture is the de facto mayorship of Panta, it is best known for its convoluted rules and mechanizations, and numerous branches.
Impact of structure
As the many rules the Architecture as set, Panta is known for its delightful and practical aesthetic.
Controversy
The Architecture taken a proactive stance on regulation of magic and construction and started to develop and acquire magical tools said to be able cause great wreckage, such as the 'Golden Tankard, The Coastal Shear and the Architects Satchel.   The proactive approach had caused some political trouble when religious builders were denied access to their tools as the Architecture had said publicly
The so called church they are trying to erect is to be lacking structural integrity that even the gods themselves wouldn't keep up for long
— Mino Nythil, Spoke person of the Branch of Analysis
for this quote the Regional Architect had to go the church and announce a public apology for analysis that contained heresy.

History

133AB to 247 AB
Before there was the Diarchy of Peraserasia there was chaos in eastern Grausur, and in the chaos, local noble houses yearned for order, five noble families had set a parameter around a single stone building calling the area The Region.   The Region was a neutral area between the lands of the five noble houses, where the five family patriarchs and matriarchs could meet and plan without the fear of being attacked, as The Region was built of pure stones and magic that acted as fortress that could fend small armies such as the armies of other noble houses and the lands around are lead by the five.   Around 247 AB The noble houses had set a plan in motion, that is to unite all the noble houses of Eastern Grausur under a single banner, the banner of The Region.   Unbeknownst to other members of The Region, one of the members had orchestrated the Sabersychan attack in order to create a threat that they, and others will have to join forces to oppose.
248AB to 252AB
As the Diarchy of Peraserasia had grown and order had begun take place, the need to structure the new order was also needed. And so, the five founders of the Region had agreed, as others, to subjugate themselves to the Circle of Nobles yet they believed that their creation, the complex they have built using plenty of their resources could be used as the seat of power of the Diarchs, and so steering decisions so the capital of the new Diarchy would be in the area of the Region, and by doing it, they will retain some of their power.
253AB to 578AB
Many problems rose as the five originating members started to feel they are losing their power quickly albeit their plans to build the capital in their domain.   Some odd years later and a descendent from house Colcamin had delivered the bitter truth to the Diarchs, that his ancestor was led astray to war by a member of the Region, and so, behind closed door, the five families were given a choice, to either relinquish their control over the Region and appoint a ruler to that will act as a mayor of the capital or to be shunned from the Circle of Nobles and expelled from Peraserasia.   The members of the house that had orchestrated the Sabersychan invasion, had fled the very next day in fear of repercussion from the other four houses, sailing south to the free city of Caeris.   The four other members had agreed to waive their control in a treaty between themselves that soon became an act in the Diarchy.
579AB to 1049AB
The Region became the area under the effect of the Regional Architect and its bureau rules, regulations and measurements.
1050 to present
After the Yokun empire Invasion to Perserasia, The Regional Architecture led by the Regional Architect had been subdued to the God King.
