The tealfin smelt (Phatalosmeridae) are a type of small fish, found commonly in underground rivers, streams and lakes, near growths of Phataluxaulis plants.

Tealfin Smelts are an important catch in deep caverns as historically adventurers will go to customary locations and fish this small fish with large nets, as burning them will create a tiny blue torch that could help navigate in the dark and could be eaten when extinguished.Festivities
