Item #103
Ervenian Era, 1051 AB
Item is to be contained in a subterranean acoustic nullification chamber located no less than 100 fathoms beneath the surface. The chamber is constructed with lead-composite walls, with two layers of anauditory medium in its perimeter.
The access corridor is to be no wider than 10 cm and lined with sound-absorbing limestone. No personnel are permitted entry unless assigned. Should noise levels exceed thresholds measurable on the surface, the Cathedral is to be evacuated.
A squad of Nullifiers is to be assigned as a fast reaction team, together with an on-call inquisitor.
Official statement for the record I vehemently object to the continued storage of the item under the cathedral, and I forewarn of the possible disaster that may ensue should the storage prove inadequate.
I recommend that the inquisition would work together with the conclave to destroy the item, if not at the very least allow the conclave to take an active role in maintenance.
Any utterances are to be immediately reported.
If you aren't sure if you heard it utter, assume that you have. Stilling this item is crucial for public safety.
