Highlady Enfys neg Baelinor is the head of House Baelinor and the Diarchess of Peraserasia. She served as the Highlady of the diarchy rather than the Great Lady. In 1st of Haldain 1050, the Circle of Nobles voted to appoint her again as highlady.
