Alkalith Kar is a city outside of the Prime Material Plane of High Elves of descendents of Aetheliora. They are highly suspicious of outsiders and xenophobic. In Ernius 1,051 AB, the city suffered a grand assault of creatures from the astral and about 20% of their population turned to Dark Elves. It is also speculated that an Avatar of Vhaeraun intervened there.
