Should the party join The Queen's New Army, Viska Kulhax is their drill sergeant during their ten-week basic training. She is a tough, stern, and unsympathetic blue dragonborn. She makes no effort to befriend the party and even bullies them a little, viewing them as outsiders who aren’t truly loyal to the crown and therefore don’t belong in the army. If she finds out the party was blackmailed into joining and did not volunteer, the bullying intensifies.
