The Dragonfly Syndicate
The Dragonfly Syndicate is a gang in Kotha's Graveyard that mostly deals in illicit potions and drugs. Skyside, they operate back-alley healing facilities and a few gambling houses. Their members can be identified by a dragonfly tattoo somewhere on their body; the most devoted members display it on their cheek.
The gang earned its name from its start thirty years ago selling chrono, a then-novel drug made from the crushed abdomens of ampulla dragonflies. Chrono took Kotha by storm within a few years of its debut, but has since settled down into a more manageable blight. While chrono remains its primary source of income, the Dragonfly Syndicate has branched out into other illicit substances.
