Kibine Tower
This round limestone tower stretches some hundred feet into the air, looming over every other building. Only at the very top do you see a handful of windows overlooking the city. A few people come and go from the entrance at its foot, most of them wearing the red-and-white robes of Kotha University.
A clerk at the desk stops you before you make it very far inside.
"Fees must be paid before entry!" she calls out.
