What is the Kelkaith Vohntrai Conclave?
Dedicated to advancing the interests of the Vohntrai in Kelkaith, this voluntary association counts a substantial fraction - nearly a fifth! - of all the Vohntrai in Kelkaith as members of it. There are several offices of the Kelkaith Vohntrai Conclave which meet for different purposes; elections are via a sortition election of all qualified volunteers for each position. The most renowned of these offices is the Vohntrai embassy on Ediveyrm, but all of them work to protect the interest of the Vohntrai, who occasionally feel outclassed and concerned by their limited four hundred year memories. Only Vohntrai forget what happened to them centuries prior, and while such forgetting can be a mercy (Vohntrai will get over any trauma after at most four hundred years), it can also be a curse (they can never gain five centuries of experience in any art or position).Where is the Kelkaith Vohntrai Conclave?
