Where is Xanasal?

Near the great lake Smaril, largest freshwater sea on Theoma, at the south end of the lake where the Great Canal has always kept the freshwater and seawater apart from each other... The port city of Xanasal overseas the Great Canal and so is known across all of Theoma as the jewel of its region.

How is Xanasal classified?

Xanasal is a benevolent urban theome. Fate is moderately woven here; the land god cares about keeping good conditions for a city to thrive, but he doesn't care to any great extent what kind of city he creates.

What kind of population and economy does Xanasal have?

The benign neglect of Agylkyravor for the specific Fate of his theome has resulted in a generally safe, but remarkably unplanned city where the roads are a mess and the zoning is absent. Many alleys have thrived across the city, and some buildings even have travel paths overtop of them to serve a second "ground level". As bad as that sounds, it's not trashy, and the locals adore their weird travel network.

There are a lot of Vashael among the dragons of Xanasal, who find the city's second level easily traversed and very appealing.

What is Agylkyravor like?

Agylkyravor manifests as a Vrash of unusual size, who dwells next to the Great Canal and operates it 'manually' with geomantic power when ships traverse it. People travel from all over Theoma sometimes just for the chance to see a giant draconic land god reworking the land in this way. Crowds of foreigners often gather to watch Agylkyravor create and destroy water passages for each ship that passes. Agylkyravor is friendly but hard-working, and takes audiences only when there are no ships queued to pass... that said, he often annoys visiting geomancers by giving them no higher priority than curious tourists.

What is the Fate Beacon that Agylkyravor maintains over Xanasal?

As Agylkyravor admires what lesser divinities do with their own will, even when the result is messy, it should be no surprise that a Willpower beacon has been erected over Xanasal to boost up people who are skeptical of Fate's benevolence.
