Turbonlir Ascend is the Chalasynya of the Circle of Ancients. As one of the eldest members, it is the duty of Turbonlir to determine the order of the cases that are presented before the court.

Turbonlir Ascend is motivated by his desire to leave his imprint upon the city's affairs. Turbonlir's policies as Proctor of Whitekeep included building the city's Arcanist's Village, promoting Nuwi prophecies, and constructing the Circle of Ancients' Dwarven Walkers.
