Transmuter's Circlet
The Transmuter's Circlet is Mar'Guzryk Khasod's improved Transmuter's Stone. This magical item was created by Mar'Guzryk during his years as a researcher at the Wisterian College of Magicks and Alchemy and confers to the user the following benefits:
- You can cast Enlarge/Reduce at will and without expending a spell slot. The Transmuter's Circlet holds concentration on this spell and has a +1 to Constitution Saving Throws.
- The Circlet hums with power, inviting you to utilize its might. You may choose two of the following benefits to receive at one time.
- Darkvision out to a range of 60 feet
- An increase to speed of 10 feet while the creature is unencumbered
- Proficiency in Constitution saving throws
- Resistance to acid, cold, fire, lightning, or thunder damage (your choice whenever you choose this benefit)
- When you cast a Transmutation spell and you are wearing the Circlet, you gain Temporary Hit Points equal to twice the spell's level.
