Flanco Tolme

Halfling second mate of the Salted Bass, Flanco is a former pirate who has a grizzled salt-and-pepper beard and an arcane eye instead of a left one. He speaks with a lilt to his voice and he sounds very nice until you listen to the words coming out of his mouth.
