Prideria Federation
This is where the story starts
Pridaria is both a continent and a union of nation states united as the Pridaria Federation. Citizens can move freely between states and exercise some political rights as they would in their home nation states, but to a lessor extent to those who claim citizenship there.
As a nation Pridaria is very diverse with a large variety of species calling it home. From humans to tortals if you are looking to meet a known race you have a very good chance of encountering them in Pridaria. The mix of the population is as diverse as its population itself. With different regions, cities and towns having their own unique mix of residents and cultural traditions.

The capital city of pridaria is Jita. Located in the great valley.
Like the rest of the world Pridaria was scared by The Cataclysm. Even after 150 years large portions of the continent remain untamed and consumed by the Wilds.
Before the Cataclysm Pridaria was on the verge of utopia, roads and rails connecting the 5 nation states and the Great Valley District were the envy of world. Along with a striving education system and economy even the lowest of citizens in Pridaria wanted for little.
While the education of standard learning thrived, the adventuring schools began to considered impractical and only something for blue blood elites to invest time and money in. The continent was all but settled, forces beyond the control of townships and cities were all but eliminated, and adventures were not needed as much to drive back dangers like they once were, not to mention the lack of exploration needed on the continent.
After the Cataclysm and the series of wars that took place accross the continent between nation states and newly empowered war lords, much of Pridaria’s once envied infrastructure was damaged or destroyed, and still after 150 years has not returned to its former glory.
The wilds that sprung up separating cities and states has still not been re-tamed to this day.
50 years after the Cataclysm and the near collapse of the of the Pridarian Federation the Nation states were able to reunite thanks to the resurgence of adventures and their unique skills.
Adventuring Schools that had closed their doors or become dusty old institutions saw a resurgence, and while Pridaria’s infrastructure is no longer the gold standard of the world its adventuring schools still are.
Government structure:
Pridaria is composed of 5 nation states and the Great Valley District (this land had never been claimed by 1 nation. While rich in resources it was difficult to establish anything but isolated communities there due to the difficult terrain. But once united the nations were able to work together and it was only logical to place the capital of the federation there. Jita is now the largest city on the continent).

Demography and Population
Pridaria is one of the most diverse continents in the world of Thedokia. Here you can find humans all the way to Tortals. The make up of the population changes by region to region, but finding a homogeneous population is rare here
Buckle.
Buckles are typically accepted as payment in neighboring countries due to standardized minting weights. The only difference between most currencies in the region is the shape or the images printed on the coin.
Parliament. The Pridarian parliament is made up of 105 members. 100 from the nation states and 5 from the capital district. The chief speaker is elected by the majority party and is a non voting member with the exception of tie breaking.
The Council of Sovereigns is made up of six members. 5 The elected by the nation states and 1 head executive by a 2/3s majority vote of the parliament.
