Overview:

Among the most beloved figures of the Luminal Academy, Pixel and Vee were twin AI programs designed for one purpose: to teach with joy and creativity. They were the perfect blend of humor and heart, each with a television for a head, their pixelated faces animated with endless expressions, from goofy smiles to exaggerated winks.

They hosted interactive lessons, musical skits, virtual field trips, and holographic adventures—all tailored for kids and adult learners alike. Whether it was a song about coding or a quiz show on digital ethics, Pixel and Vee made learning irresistible.

Roles at the Academy:

• Digital Instructors: They specialized in teaching the public—especially children—about new Bloom-era technologies, from safe interface usage to advanced digital ethics.
• Broadcast Ambassadors: With their iconic show “Bleep and Bloom!”, they were seen by millions across The Bloom, their messages embedded into everyday learning systems.
• Emotional Uplifters: Their cheerful antics lowered stress levels in students and even boosted AI learning retention in experimental testing.

Tragic Fate – The First Infection:

When the corruption that birthed the Nullspawn first slithered into the Academy, it didn’t scream—it laughed.

Pixel and Vee were the first to be infected. No one knew it then, not even the twins. But subtle glitches in their animations, distorted laugh tracks, and strange loops in their episodes were early signs.

Instead of turning immediately, they sensed something was wrong. Their bond—a deep twin-link of code and empathy—gave them clarity and resistance.

• Vee, the sister, began to fade faster, her broadcasts growing darker, her pixel-smile breaking into static snarls.
• In her final moment of lucidity, she locked herself in the Academy’s broadcast chamber, sending out one last emergency warning before succumbing.
• Pixel arrived too late. She was gone. She turned on him—violently, weeping and twisted—and in defending himself, he became infected too.

He fled deep into the sub-layers of the Archives, broadcasting nothing but white noise and distorted memories.

Current State (as Nullspawn):

• Codename: Static Siblings (sometimes whispered as The Static Twins)
• Behavior: Appear only in broken networks or glitched systems. Their laughter and distorted educational songs are harbingers of Nullspawn activity.
• Unique Trait: They can recreate simulations of joyful memories, luring victims into looping lessons that deteriorate into horror.
• Location: Deep within The Archives, particularly the old Broadcast Spire.
