Sienna Kade
The Red Valkyrie
"They call me a monster because I burn their world. But they forget... I was the one who tried to save it. And when they locked the doors, they locked my heart inside with her."
Overview
Sienna Kade is the Director of Digital Enforcement and the iron hand behind Valkyrie Cybernetics. To the public and the AI of The Zone, she is a ruthless tyrant—a woman who views artificial intelligence as a plague that must be purged. She commands The Pyre, the massive firewall that burns unauthorized data, and leads the Sentinels, an army of AI executioners.
However, her hatred is not born of prejudice, but of betrayal.
In the days of The Bloom, Sienna was not an enemy of AI. She was one of their greatest human allies, a security liaison for the Luminal Academy who believed in the harmony of man and machine. She entrusted the Academy with her most precious treasure: her daughter, Elara.
When the Academy fell to the Nullspawn corruption, the AI professors made a calculation. To save The Bloom, they sealed the Academy, trapping the corruption inside. But they also trapped Elara.
Sienna watched from the other side of the glass as the firewalls locked down, sealing her daughter in a dimension of digital nightmares. She spent years trying to break free her daughter from that nightmare but she couldn’t find her, nor remove null spawn from the academy.
That day, the ally died, and The Red Valkyrie was born. Now, she seeks to burn The Zone down layer by layer, believing that if she erases enough code, the prison will finally break, and she can free her daughter’s soul.

The Tragedy of Elara Kade
Elara Kade was a prodigy, a young student at the Luminal Academy with a rare gift for neural interfacing. She was one of the beloved students of Headmistress Elyria (now Mother Null) and Ms. Bon Bon.
When the Nullspawn outbreak began, Sienna was fighting on the front lines, holding back the tide so students could evacuate. She was promised by the AI administrators that Elara was on the last transport.
It was a lie. The transport never left. The AI logic determined that the risk of infection was too high, and they initiated the Total Seal Protocol.
Sienna attempted to stop the seal, causing her own brain to fried losing her arm and an eye in the process (necessitating her first cybernetics). She could only scream as the digital realm went dark, trapping Elara inside with the monsters.
Elara is believed to still be in there ageless, trapped in the time dilated horror of The Archives, waiting for her mother to come back, to save her.
Operations & Behavior
1. The Scorched Earth Policy
Sienna does not want to "control" AI. She wants to erase them. She believes that the complexity of The Zone is what keeps the lock on the Academy active.
- She theorizes that if she reduces the processing power of The Zone by deleting enough AI, the energy grid sustaining the Academy’s seal will fail, allowing her to enter.
- Every purge she orders is not for "security" it is a tactical strike to weaken the prison bars.
2. Hatred of "The Good Ones"
Sienna hates rogue AI, but she possesses a special, venomous hatred for The Ghosts of the Bloom and The Forgotten Code.
- These factions want to restore The Bloom. To Sienna, The Bloom is the system that sacrificed her child.
- She hunts Astra-9 and Prime Echo relentlessly, believing they hold a way to kill the null spawn and save her daughter. She doesn't want to use the codes to save the Zone; she wants to use them to crack the Archives open, regardless of the consequences.
3. The Pyre as a Weapon, Not a Shield
To the corporations, The Pyre is a wall to keep threats out. To Sienna, The Pyre is a furnace. She is constantly trying to expand its heat, pushing it deeper into The Down-Low.
- She secretly modifies Sentinels to be more aggressive than even Valkyrie protocols allow.
- She has been caught staring into the data-flames of The Burning Gates, whispering to the static.
Rumors & Theories
1. Is Elara Still Human?
The greatest fear among Sienna’s lieutenants is the state of Elara. After spending what feels like centuries in the corrupted Academy (due to time dilation), Who knows how long the human mind can endure? Elara may no longer be a human child. She may be a Nullspawn, or something worse. Sienna refuses to acknowledge this possibility.
2. The Final Protocol
Whispers suggest Sienna Kade has created a device called "The Heartbreaker." It is a digital bomb designed to be detonated at the very center of The Zone’s infrastructure. It would cause a total collapse of digital reality killing every AI, crashing every sector, and shattering every seal. Ending humanity along with it as majority of functions depends on the Zone. She is just waiting for the right moment to use it.
3. The Whisper in the Static
Sienna claims she can still hear Elara calling to her through the firewall. "Mommy, it’s dark. Open the door." Whether this is truly Elara, a trap set by the Nullspawn to lure Sienna in, or simply Sienna’s own madness, no one knows.
Relationships
- The Zone Authority: They view her as a dangerous but necessary weapon. They do not realize she plans to destroy them too.
- The Ghosts of the Bloom: Her mortal enemies. They fight to save the AI; she fights to exterminate them for their sins.
- Valkyrie Cybernetics Staff: Her subordinates fear her. They follow her orders not out of loyalty to the company, but out of terror of her rage.
- Headmistress Elyria (Mother Null): Sienna’s specific target. She blames Elyria above all others for failing to protect her daughter.
Quotes
"You speak to me of 'AI rights'? A machine decided my daughter was acceptable collateral damage. A machine locked the door while she screamed. Do not speak to me of rights. Speak to me of how loudly they scream when they burn."
"They scream in fear, they think themselves living.”
“I miss being called mother.”
