This point, taking place at 0 PG, represents the creation of the Wraith Globe.

The Demon Globe was created when Artukos, The Lord of Wraiths, which ruled over Gearva, created a peaceful spot in the froth of magma and fire to build a grand palace for his pleasure, but instead of creating something for himself, Artukos’ safe haven was taken for another. Long after Artukos had built his palace and enjoyed all of it readily, he started to become lonely, so he created Humans and all of the other races on The Wraith Globe to serve as his slaves and company.
