The Crystal Wall
A wall of crystal on the planet Rosalvinia. Used to protect the Kingdom of Emeralite. The Black dream is sealed beyond the wall, which alongside a natural ocean and mountains stop intruders from easily entering the area. Anomalous winds and seas cover the whole area - even spacecraft have been known to crash flying to low and near it, never to be seen again.
The crystal wall sports it's own slew of fauna and monsters that make the huge, hundred-foot-tall spikes their home. Various monsters and creatures have all evolved to traverse the crystal-covered terrain and live there. Each of the crystals glows slightly, and the whole area is lit up in bioluminescent light during the night.
The crystals are known to have been magically formed a millennia ago, although who or what formed them remains a mystery. It is commonly believed it is due to a great magical anomoly.
