Azuros
A secret civilization located in the ocean off the coast of Shelter Beach, deep underwater in the Sea of Tears. Said civilization is currently experimenting with technology the rest of the universe has deemed inhumane. This lead to Azuros cutting themselves off from the rest of the universe, using underwater mines for ore and massive structures built of stone and metal to shelter their cities. They have at times fought against monks on AV10, but for the most part have remained relatively unknown save urban legend and old war stories.
Public Agenda
Building of super soldiers and servants known as Electroid Mechana. However, these Electroid Mechana are outlawed by the Universal Council.
