Way of the Splintered Reflection

Persuasive Personality Beginning at 3rd level when you choose this subclass, your training includes conflict mediation and introspection. You become proficient in Persuasion skill checks. If you already are proficient, add double your proficiency bonus when making Persuasion checks. Divided Attention Beginning at 3rd level, you learn to direct your attention in multiple directions, or focus in parallel on a single task. You may spend 1 ki point to take the Help, Search, or Use an Object action as a bonus action. Additionally, you learn the Guidance cantrip if you don't already know it. You may only cast it on yourself using this feature. Manifested Multiplicity Beginning at 6th level, you learn to manifest parts of your psyche as illusions. You may spend 3 ki points to cast Mirror Image as a bonus action on your turn. Divided Defense Beginning at 11th level, when one of your duplicates created by Mirror Image is hit by a melee attack, you may spend your reaction to make one unarmed strike against the attacker. Alter Ego Beginning at 17th level, you are able to create a physical duplicate that you imbue with a fragment of your psyche. As an Action, spend 8 ki points to summon a clone with no equipment other than clothing within 5 feet of you for 1 minute, after which it disappears unless you spend another 4 ki points at the beginning of your turn to maintain it for another minute. Only one of these clones can exist at a time. The clone has the following features: The clone has hit points equal to twice your monk level. If your clone falls to 0 hitpoints, it disappears. The clone uses your ability scores, proficiencies, class features, and feats. It does not benefit from Divided Attention, Extra Attack or Perfect Self. The clone acts on your turn, with its own Action, Bonus Action, and Reaction, but is under your mental control (even if you drop to 0 hit points). The clone shares your pool of ki points, as well as any spell slots (if you have any), and limited-use features. If you die while your clone exists, the clone continues to exist beyond the end of its time limit as your mind regrows from its fragment. You take over the clone's body, regaining your normal statistics and its current hitpoints, excluding bonuses from magical equipment or enchantments. Your old body disintegrates, dropping your equipment to the ground. You gain 4 levels of exhaustion. You cannot come back to life in this way for 1 week.
