Way of the Quiet Mind

Battle Meditation When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you learn to quiet all distractions and extend the power of your mind over your surroundings. As an action, you can close your eyes and begin a meditation, which lasts until you open your eyes, or until you willingly move. While meditating, your mind radiates its inluence 60 feet from you in every direction, but not through total cover. You can see and hear from every space within your mind's inluence. On your turn, you can make unarmed strikes against any creature within your inluence, as if you were in the creature's space. Unarmed strikes you make in this way deal psychic damage, as the weight of your mind shakes the spirit of your enemies. At 11th level, the range of your inluence becomes 120 feet. Ebb and Flow Also at 3rd level, as you still and your foes fall sluggish, your allies are innervated in turn. While meditating, you can use the following ki features. Mend the Spirit. You can spend 1 ki point and use your bonus action to mend the spirit of a creature you you can see within your mind's inluence. The creature you mend regains hit points equal to your 1d4 + your Wisdom modiier. This die changes as you gain monk levels, as shown in the Martial Arts column of the Monk table. Stir the Heart. You can spend 1 ki point and use your bonus action to stir life in the heart of a creature you can see within your mind's inluence. The creature can immediately use its reaction to move up to half its speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Speak and Listen At 6th level, you can speak within the mind of any creature you can see. The creature - and only the creature - hears your words, though gains no special ability to understand them. Additionally, you can use your bonus action to witness the mind of a creature you can see within 60 feet of you, or, if you are meditating, a creature within your mind's inluence. The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw, which it can choose to fail. On a failed save, you can perceive through the creature's senses in addition to your own, beneitting from any special senses it possesses, and you can sense its current emotional state. On a successful save, the creature is immune to this effect until you inish a long rest. You can witness a mind for up 10 minutes. You can witness a number of minds at a time in this way equal to your Wisdom modiier (minimum of 1). A creature that knows you are witnessing its mind can use its action to make a Wisdom saving throw; if it succeeds, the effect ends. Empty Soul At 11th level, whenever you begin a meditation, or as an action while meditating, you can suppress your presence, becoming invisible until you attack, cast a spell, or your meditation ends. Oneness At 17th level, your consciousness broadens. The range of your mind's inluence grows the longer you meditate, becoming 300 feet if you meditate for at least 10 minutes, 500 feet if you meditate for at least 8 hours, 1 mile if you meditate for at least 24 hours, and 1 additional mile every 24 hours thereafter. Meditating for at least 1 hour allows your mind to radiate its inluence even through total cover. This growth lasts until your meditation ends. Additionally, while meditating, you do not age, you don't require food, water, or sleep, and you can spend 4 hours in silence without making an attack to gain the beneits of a long rest.
