Focused Mind and Steeled Scales

When a dragon fights, he is as ferocious as a typhoon yet calm as the moon that guides the seas it churns. He fights where he is most useful, and focuses himself to that.   At 3rd level, Whenever you enter into a rage, you gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage, and you may choose a creature you can see and target it. The first time you hit this creature with a melee attack, you deal extra damage equal to half your barbarian level. They also have disadvantage on saves against your breath weapon.   You may change the target either as a bonus action or when you kill the target.

Potent Breath and a Crushing Bite

A dragon who cannot wield his breath and his teeth is but a wielding with a wooden sword. He is ripe for defeat, and his loss should only be used as example.   At 6th level, you gain two additional uses of your breath weapon before you must finish a short or long rest. While you are raging, your breath weapons gains an additional 10ft to its range, and an additional die of damage.   Additionally, if you have made a melee attack this turn, you may use your bonus action to make a bite attack. The attack deals 1d6 + your strength modifier piercing damage, and has a reach of 5 feet.

Commanding voice and a Mighty Roar

A dragon's roar must bring fear to his enemies, and courage to his allies.   At 10th level, while you are raging, you may use your action to roar and effect all creature within 30 ft of you. All allies gain a bonus to attack rolls and saving throws equal your constitution modifier until the start of your next turn. All enemies with 30ft must make a DC (8 + your proficiency + your constitution modifier) wisdom saving throw or be frightened of you until the start of your next turn.   You may use this feature twice before you must finish long rest.  

Monarch of the skies

Lastly, a dragon that cannot fly is a sad and pitiful creature. The sky is their kingdom, and to make it yours as well is to mark the end of your journey to become as they are.   At 14th level, you gain a pair of wings that give you a flying speed equal to your movement speed
