College of Tragedy
Bitter Performance
At 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Performance skill if
you don't already have it.
Also, when you would use your Song of Rest feature, you
can put on a theatric display extolling the importance of loss,
grief, and acceptance. Each creature that regains extra hit
points from your performance also gains the same amount in
temporary hit points. These temporary hit points are doubled
for any creature that has lost a friend or loved one in the last
24 hours. A creature can only benefit from this feature once
per long rest.
Catharsis
Also at 3rd level, you believe things can only get better after
they get worse. You can inspire a creature with your Bardic
Inspiration even if it is unconscious. Additionally, while a
creature that has a Bardic Inspiration die from you has less
than half of its maximum hit points, it can roll the die at the
start of its turn and regain a number of hit points equal to the
roll.
Reversal of Fortune
Starting at 6th level, when a hostile creature you can see
within 60 feet of you reduces one of your allies to 0 hit points
or kills them, you can use your reaction to magically mark the
creature for 1 minute, or until you use this feature again. If
the marked creature dies, its killer immediately gains one of
your Bardic Inspiration die.
Tragedy
At 14th level, when a creature uses one of your Bardic
Inspiration die to add a bonus to an attack roll, ability check,
or saving throw, and fails, it regains the lost die. A creature
can only regain the same die once in this way.
