No, But... Starting when you choose this college at 3rd level, you can act to change an unsavory situation with an improvised piece of inspiring performance. You may grant your Bardic Inspiration to an eligible creature using your reaction when that creature makes an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check, and the inspired creature may immediately use your inspiration to influence the roll. You may do this before or after you see whether or not the roll has failed or succeeded.
  Collaborative Storytelling Also starting when you choose this college at 3rd level, when two or more creatures currently holding one of your Bardic Inspiration dice that can see or hear one another -- or one creature you have inspired and yourself -- are within 30 feet of one another, the inspired creatures have advantage on Deception, Performance, and Persuasion checks.
  Yes, And... At 6th level, you learn how to bounce off of others and encourage their displays with complementary actions of your own. When a friendly creature that you can see or hear within 60 feet of you takes an action, you can use your reaction to make a single weapon attack, or cast a spell of 2nd-level or lower with a normal casting time of one action, immediately after the target creature's action ends.
  At 14th level, you may cast a spell of up to 5th-level or lower with a normal casting time of one action when using this feature.
  You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 0). You regain all expended uses when you complete a long rest.
  Once More With Feeling By 14th level you can magically influence the world around you to end a scene and start something fresh by shouting a magically charged command that cuts through the chaos of battle. A number of creatures of your choice that can see or hear you within 90 feet must immediately reroll initiative. Friendly creatures with an original initiative roll of lower than your bard level can add your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) to this roll. The initiative order begins again, starting from the new highest initiative, immediately following your turn.
  Once you have used this ability, you must complete a long rest before you can do so again.
