Nimbus Formation
At 2nd level, as an action, you can expend 1 use of your Wild Shape feature to summon forth a rain bearing cloud for 1 minute. The cloud rises up 60ft in the air or till it hits the roof of the room and begins to rain down water in a 30ft cylinder centering on the cloud. You can use your action to move the cloud up to 15ft or to dismiss the cloud. While within the rain all creatures gain resistance to fire damage and you gain the following benefits:- Spells you cast with the range of touch can be cast on any creature within the rain.
- When you cast a spell that deals either Cold, Thunder or Lightning damage creatures within the rain have disadvantage on saving throws against those spells.
Storm Surge
At 6th level, Your spells have begun to affect your cloud. When you use a spell slot to cast one of your druid spells your cloud gains a special property depending on the damage type of the spell. Your cloud can only have one property at a time.Cold: Your rain turns to hail. When a creature ends its turn within your rain they must make a Dexterity Saving throw against your spell save DC or take 1d4 Cold damage and have their movement speed reduced by 10ft till the end of their next turn.
Acid: Your rain takes on acidic properties. When a creature ends its turn within your rain they must make a Dexterity Saving throw against your spell save DC or take 1d6 Acid damage.
Lightning: Your cloud turns black and pulsates with electricity. When a creature ends its turn within your rain they must make a Dexterity Saving throw against your spell save DC or take 1d6 lightning damage.
Thunder: Your cloud rumbles and roars. When a creature ends its turn within your rain they must make a Wisdom Saving throw against your spell save DC or become frightened of you till the end of their next turn.
