Ichor Dice

Starting at 2nd level, you can rend blood from the living. You have three ichor dice, which are d4s. An ichor die is expended when you use it. You regain all expended ichor dice when you finish a long rest. You gain another ichor die at 6th level and one more at 10th level. You can use ichor dice in the following ways:
  • When you deal damage to a creature with a spell, you can drain its life into you. Roll one ichor die. The target takes additional necrotic damage equal to the result, and you regain hit points equal to the same amount.
  • As a bonus action, you can expend an ichor die to heal yourself. Roll one ichor die and regain a number of hit points equal to twice the result. Any hit points you would gain over your hit point maximum are instead gained as temporary hit points.

Transition

Starting at 2nd level, your magic pushes those close to death. When you cast a spell of 1st-level or higher, you can expend a number of hit points equal to the level of the spell to change one damage type that spells deals to necrotic damage.

Blood of the Wild

Also starting at 2nd level, you can empower your ichor with your primal connection to nature. When you would expend an ichor die, you can expend a use of your Wild Shape feature instead, even if you have no ichor dice remaining. When you do so, instead of rolling the die, you treat it as if it rolled a number equal to half your druid level.

Sanguine Touch

By 6th level, you control over blood of the living has improved. Your ichor dice become d6s, and whenever you expend an ichor die, you can add one of the following benefits:
  • You reroll the die and use either result of your choice.
  • You increase or decrease the target's speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn.
  • The target is unable to take reactions until the start of your next turn.

Maximize

At 10th level, you ichor dice become d10s. Whenever you expend an ichor die, your blood gets strengthened, granting you advantage on the next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw you make before the end of your next turn.

Hardened Blood

Beginning at 14th level, your blood runs thick. You gain resistance to necrotic damage, and whenever a creature you can see within 30 feet of you makes a death saving throw, you can choose to give it either advantage or disadvantage on that roll.
