Brewer Trainee

Beginning at 3rd level, whenever you finish a long rest, you can magically produce two brews from the below list in two empty flasks you touch. As a bonus action, a creature can drink the brew, upon which it is activated. Creating a brew requires you to have alchemist's supplies on your person, and any brew you create with this feature lasts for 2 hours, after which the brew becomes cold and has no effect upon being consumed. You can use your action to reheat a brew, allowing it to have an effect upon being consumed before going cold again. When you reach certain levels in this class, you can make more brews at the end of a long rest: three at 6th level and four at 15th level. Each brew requires its own flask. You can create additional brews by expending a spell slot of 1st level or higher for each one. When you do so, you use your action to create the brew in an empty flask you touch.   Coffee. Your brew gives the drinker a surge of energy. Until the end of their next turn, they gain an additional reaction and their speed increases by 10 feet.
Tea. Your brew helps the drinker relax. You can end one status effect that is affecting the drinker.
Hot Chocolate. The sweetness of your brew puts people in a good mood. The drinker has advantage on Charisma checks for 1 minute.
Ice Tea. Your brew refreshes the drinker, allowing them to expend up to two Hit Dice and regain hit points equal to the total rolled plus their Constitution modifier (a minimum of 1).

Idle Chatter

At 5th level, your skill for small talk over the counter allows you to get a good read on people. Whenever you make a Charisma or Wisdom check against a creature, you can add your Intelligence modifier (a minimum of +1) to the check's total. Additionally, when you give a creature a brew or see another creature consume a brew, you can make a Wisdom (Insight) check, contested by the target's Charisma (Deception) check. On a success, you can learn two things about the creature in regard to the following list: Charisma score Intelligence score Wisdom score Social standing in their community (noble, peasant, etc) Alignment

Brewer Expert

Starting at 9th level, your brews improve in the following ways:
  • Your brews now last 5 hours before becoming cold.
  • Your coffee brew now increases the drinker's speed by 20 feet and gives them advantage on Dexterity checks. Your tea brew now ends three status effects upon being consumed.
  • Your hot chocolate brew now gives advantage on  Intelligence and Charisma checks for 10 minutes.
  • Your ice tea brew now allows the drinker to roll up to four Hit Dice.

Dedicated Customer

At 15th level, you have developed a rapport with your customers that allows for speedy serving. When you finish a long rest, you can designate one creature that you can see as your customer. When your customer drinks a brew, you can use your reaction to instantly create a brew of the same type without expending a spell slot. You can create brews this ability a number of times equal to twice your Intelligence modifier (a minimum of twice), regaining all expended uses upon finishing a long rest.
