Acidist

Acidist Magic Starting at 3rd level, you learn an additional spell when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown in the Acidst Spells table. The spell counts as a ranger spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of ranger spells you know. Acidist Spells Ranger Level Spells 3rd Chromatic Orb 5th Melf's Acid Arrow 9th Acid Torrent FL 13th Vitriolic Sphere 17th Commune with Nature (Ritual)
Acid Craft Starting at 3rd level, you can craft vials of acid with ease. You can spend 1 minute and 10 GP crafting a vial of acid. Vial of Acid As an action, you can splash the contents of this vial onto a creature within 5 feet of you or throw the vial up to 20 feet, shattering it on impact. In either case, make a ranged attack against a creature or object, treating the acid as an improvised weapon. On a hit, the target takes 2d6 acid damage. Improvise Starting at 3rd level, when you make a ranged weapon attack, as a bonus action, you may quickly replace the tip of the bolt or arrow with a vial of acid. On a hit, the vial of acid is shattered on impact, splattering all over the target creature. The ranged weapon instead deals 2d6+ (your dexterity modifier) acid damage when you use it this way. Corrosion Starting at 7th level, when you deal damage to a creature using a vial of acid, you may choose to target a weapon or piece of armor the creature is using or wearing. If you target the weapon, the creature suffers a -1 to damage and attack rolls with that weapon. If you target the creature's armor, the creature suffers a -1 to their AC. A creature cannot suffer more than a -1 penalty to their rolls or AC through this feature.
Potency Starting at 11th level, the acids you make become even more potent than ever before. When you deal acid damage to a creature, if that creature has immunity to acid damage, it is instead treated as if that creature had resistance. Additionally, when you deal acid damage to a creature that has resistance, it is treated as if that creature does not have resistance. Errode Starting at 15th level, when you use your Corrosion feature on a creature, the penalty that creature takes to its rolls is -2 to instead of -1.
