Arbynway

Arbynway is a small city of between 10,000-15,000 people, which is known for having lucrative sea trade. Being the oldest known seaport of the South-Eastern shore, at the mouth of the Balliean River Arbynway has been able to give itself a reputation as an essential stop for any and all ship merchants of Aederace, or of merchants to/from the Eastern continents.
Arbynway has a reputation for strict adherance to laws, and severe punishments for lawbreakers; a result of regular poor behaviour by visitors and travelers. People who break laws in the city receive terrible - and sometimes creative - consequences in return, but ship owners or merchants whose workers are caught committing crimes are subject to excessive (and permanent) taxes on the sale of goods within Arbynway.
Arbynway is home to the family of Haes Millar-Moore.
