Silverscale
The silverscale is one of the most common species of fish in the world. Found in coastal waters in most regions, it is a staple food for any coastal settlement.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Silverscales have, as the name would suggest, bright silver scales. They have two pectoral fins, as well as a small tail fin, and are long (avg. 14") and thin.
Additional Information
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Silverscales have few natural predators in the shallow coastal waters in which they dwell, and so have not developed the keen senses of other species of fish. They are largely blind, and communicate mostly through sound.
