Cyrcii
When the tribes made contact with each other, the Cyrcii were sent by the Gods. They are known as the "Godhands". They were told one day that the tribes would fracture due to fear. The Cyrcii are known for their foresight. They are also capable of much, their potential limitless, but that fact remains unknown. The Cyrcii are not well suited for technology, and have limited their use and creation of tech. They opted instead of a silent observer approach.
