One example of Underling Magic in Oslias was Queen Piala Arasatra Before the Return of Man. Queen Piala Arasatra found ancient texts from a long lost from a forgotten society in Oslias. Underling Magic is often used for nefarious means and using Underling Magic comes at a cost. Following The Treaty of Arandõr, Underling Magic was made illegal in Oslias.
