Tebert
Tebert is the largest settlement in The Icy Isles of Oslias even though it is just a large town. Terbert is governed by Lady Rosalinda of House Fugler, bannermen of Lord Angus III of House MacBruyn. Tebert has become the center of trade in The Icy Isles as it is the only town and one of the only true settlements.
