Ser Tobias I Neylan, son of Lord Billiam II Neylan and Lady Blair Neylan, née Moss, was a former Lord of Zeerith Keep and Head of House Neylan but it was only for a brief reign. Ser Tobias I's older brother, Lord Lorcan Neylan, died during The Promised War so Ser Tobias I had to become Lord of Zeerith Keep while his nephew, Lord Billiam III Neylan, became an adult.
