Hecosa the Cold
Hecosa the Cold was an ancient Ice Drake that once lived high atop Dúrorod Mountain above the city ofRachdale. When King Puotat Nungir, founder of Rachdale and Bamruzül, founded the city of Rachdale, he did not know Hecosa lay in a deep slumber atop the mountain. During the construction of Rachdale, the continuous mining and carving of the mountain awoke Hecosa the Cold. The Ice Drake climbed down from her dark and frozen cave to descend upon the unsuspecting. When Hecosa the Cold finally attacked the builders of Rachdale, he did not expect there to be a full series of battlements barring the entrance into the camps of King Puotat's people. This gate and battlements would keep Hecosa the Cold out of Rachdale. The gate house would later be named Hecosa's Gate. Hecosa the Cold was slain by King Puotat using his father's great sword, Uraelück's Fang. Following Hecosa the Cold's death, King Puotat and Queen Fynic Nungir, King Puotat's daughter, would climb Dúrorod Mountain and explore The Liar of Hecosa the Cold. The father and daughter would return with Hecosa's Eggs, a set of seven large egg shaped sapphires.
