Level	Range	Explanation
0 or Less	Zero	Unable to move anything but own body weight. Injures self when attempting to use unarmed attacks. Damage received increased.
1-10	Below Average	Trouble moving or lifting objects approaching body weight. Unable to wield most weapons effectively. Can inflict light damage and has trouble causing enough damage to bypass basic damage reduction.
11-20	Average	Can move/lift objects up to 1.5x body weight. Can wield all weapons. Can inflict medium damage able to bypass basic damage reduction with weapon attacks.
21-30	Heightened	Can move/lift up to 2x body weight. Can throw objects 1.5x body weight or less. Can inflict high damage and large wounds with physical weapons. Unarmed attacks strong as stone.
30+	Pinnacle	Move/Lift more than 3x body weight. Throw objects 2x body weight or less. Can inflict mortal damage and wounds. Unarmed attacks strong as Iron.
