Layout of Az's continents

Az is similar in appearance to our own Earth, with the distinguishing factor of being roughly 20% larger in terms of surface area. This naturally means that there are continents formed via plate tectonics. There are 7 continents to be considered when discussing the geography of Az; the Tall and Long stretches so called as they are the largest of the two continents, with the Tall expanding from the North Pole all the way down to the beginning of the tropics, north of the Contender's Ocean, and the Long going from the east of the Contender's Ocean all the way to the far east to such an extent where the continent measures nearly a fifth of the equator point to point.
This leads us on to Yddian, a landmass located directly west of the Contender's Ocean and famed for the sprawling Yddian desert, which covers 60% of its surface. The rest of the continent is either thick tropical jungle or humid savanna on account of the fact that Yddian is situated along the equator. The title of third largest continent is hotly contested between Yddian and Tolu-hebaemana, south east of Quon'gir. Due to the wide distribution of the landmass, Tolu-hebaemana, or Tolu, boasts the highest variety of habitats and locales of any one continent.
Then the two smallest continents: Shutontas and Quon'gir. Shutontas is a place located above the tail end of the Long Stretch, with most of its area located within the planet's Northern pole's circle, leading to it being known as the Heart of Winter. Quon'gir in contrast is a roasting place, both due to having the highest ratio of active volcanoes on its surface and being placed immediately south of the equator and the Contender's Ocean.
This leaves mystery continent number 7, The Land of Dreams in the farthest west of the planet. So called due to the prevalent mist that obscures its shores, causing some explorers to question if the continent really exists. As it is the most remote, this place has had virtually no interaction with any of the three major races. As a side note, while there are only 7 true continents, there also exists the Aberrant archipelago south west of Yddian, which while no singular isle is large enough to constitute being a true continent, the combined area of the archipelago rivals that of Shutontas.
