Lady Sybil
Lady Sybil is the youngest child of the Late Queen Matilda, thus making her a princess and third in line for the throne after her nieces. She is the younger sister of Queen Vivian and Lord Jasper.
She is a key figure in the court politics, being a close advisor to her sister and often helping with the upbringing and education of her nieces. She is very aware of public perception, and cares a lot about proper etiquette and procedure.
Sybil has a very bubbly and charismatic personality, often being described as an airhead despite being quite observant. She uses this persona to her advantage being a friend to many at court allowing her to keep tabs on the goings on.
Appearance
Lady Sybil is a tall graceful woman, much slimmer than her older siblings who have broader builds. She is very similar to her older sister Vivian in terms of coloring, with pale blonde hair which she often keeps tied back into elegant hairdos.
Sybil tends to dress very similar to her older sister, but tends to wear more pastels and pale colors and patterns. She tends to like shiny and sparkly jewelry and accessories.

She has advised and helped her sister since the start of her reign, often helping to keep eyes on things and helping out with the education and upbringing of the princesses.
She is very involved in court politics as a member of the royal family and often watches over the princesses when the Queen is busy. She is one of the Queen's closest advisors and functions in part as her eyes and ears.
