  The NYC PD Wanted List is updated regularly, with descriptions, photo's, aliases, etc. by NYC PD Officers, and Federal Authories when necessary.     The List is separated into four (4) levels, with corresponding levels of interest and attention from Officers.     Wanted Level 5 = Known     Wanted Level 10 = Wanted     Wanted Level 15 = Most Wanted     Wanted Level 20 = Public Enemy       Points will be given or lost for proven crimes or help:
  *-2, Rat on a Capo with evidence.
*-1, Rat on a Soldier with evidence.
*1, Robbery, Burglary.
*1, Caught with an illegal weapon.
*1, Manslaughter.
*3, Murder.
