The Family Tree is updated regularly and watched carefully by Capo's, Underbosses and Bosses looking to find the next talent and promote within their organisations. Although the List is 'unofficial' and 'off the books', there isn't a mafioso in the northern United States who doesn't follow the List.   The List is separated into four (4) levels, with corresponding levels of interest and attention from high ranking members.   Of course, each level comes with it's own perks too...


La Famiglia Level 5 = Soldier (To be eligible)
*Must bring in x amount for thier Capo.
*Must have x amount of Associates loyal to them.
*Must take the Blood Oath.   La Famiglia Level 10 = Capo (To be eligible)
*Must bring in x amount for thier Underboss.
*Must have x amount of Soldiers loyal to them. *   La Famiglia Level 15 = Underboss/Consigliere (To be eligible)   La Famiglia Level 20 = Boss (You better be ready to fight for it!)


Points Given and Lost for jobs, etc.
*If a candidate has enough points for promotion, but has not acheived the requirements, they will be unable to aquire more points or promote until they have acheived the requirements. They can lost points on lose point events.
*-1, Murder if not ordered.
*1, Murder if ordered.
*1, Bring in x amount of money (once per rank).
*1, Identify a Rat in the organisation.
*1, Pull off a job, e.g. heist, (once per rank possibly).
*1, Save a Family members life.
