The Gods of the Second Work
The Gods of the Second Work (also called the Gods of Creation or Creation Gods) are the seven deities who created the Mortal Realm. They are unique among dieties in that they are divine beings with mortal souls. While rarely worshiped directly by mortals in the Fourth Work, they were once the only pantheon worshiped by mortals. Their significance to mortals is indicated by the names of the days of the week on the Calendar of The Works.
